Training with Gym Rings

In this blog post, we will show you what you can do with the oldschool tool Gym Rings, especially in video form. We’ll start with a short text intro before the first video.

Gym rings have long since found their way out of the gym and into the fitness studio, especially CrossFit boxes, but also into home gyms. No wonder. The combination of the adjustable straps and the wooden rings offers lots of possibilities for strength and coordination training and for learning new movement patterns.

Together with our cooperation partner Die Ringe, we have created three videos that are specifically aimed at Gym Ring beginners, but also offer slightly more experienced users some inspiration for training.

No matter if push, pull, legs or core. With the Gym Rings you have a versatile all-purpose weapon for functional bodyweight training. All you need in your own four walls is a secure ceiling anchorage or an alternative mounting option and about 2.50 m of space in front of or behind (depending on the direction of the exercise) the mounting point.

Before we get to the rings, you’ll find a short interview in this first video word. Paul from “Die Ringe” talks about what makes training with this fitness equipment so special, and who it’s good for.
